Introduction
I want to get more involved in the local skeptic community. I am one of the leaders of the newly formed Vancouver Center for Inquiry.
What is your 'pet' Skeptical Subject?
Abuse of science - particularly quantum physics and a vague notion of 'energy' in the newage movement, and the whole post-modern "science is no better than any other belief system" crap.
How did you trip across the Vancouver Skeptics?
Googling for local skeptic/humanist/atheist groups.
What age did you become a Skeptic?
Always have been, but I have become a part of the skeptic community over the past year or two, in my early 20's.
Are you a Skeptic, or just Skeptic-curious?
Very much a skeptic.
