 nuary's Skeptics in the Pub event will be a bit different...  ***** So you 
 think you’re a skeptic? At this January’s Skeptics in the Pub you will have
  the opportunity to square off against other skeptics for skeptical suprema
 cy in the Western Canadian Skeptical Pub-quiz Smack-down. Gather your team 
 of four now\, or simply show up and form a team on the night.  In five furi
 ous rounds teams in Vancouver and Edmonton will square off in their respect
 ive pubs and across provincial boundaries for ultimate skeptical bragging r
 ights for 2010. Topics will include science\, skeptical celebrities & organ
 izations\, and critical thinking\; all in a classic British Pub-quiz style 
 guaranteed to be fun\, funny and challenging. C’mon Vancouver – let’s show 
 those Edmonton Skeptics who’s really got the most skeptical jam! (If you pe
 rsonally know Edmonton Skeptics - you can personally challenge them to get 
 out and try to out-smart you....) This could be a one of the great Canadian
